One of 14 tuna caught this trip.

The boys from North Carolina crushed the tuna October 21st, 14 caught today.

Corvina (above), Roosterfish, Jacks and Snapper are prime Inshore species targets.  Corvina looks like a cross between a Sea Trout (Weakfish) and a Snook.

Shawn and her husband with their first-ever Blue Marlin.  Of the dozens of Marlin we have raised, fought, caught and released, this is the only one we kept.  (It died during the fight... so we harvested it and fed lots of people.)

A nice bull Dolphin (Dorado) comes aboard for dinner.  The Restaurant El Pelicano just south of Los Suenos will cook your catch five ways plus potatos, vegetables, great salads and a robust selection of Chilean wines... served under candlelight with a gentle serenade from waves lapping the beach.

Wahoo time!  July 10, 2007... 12 wahoo caught by 1pm.  Here is Capt. JC with the Moore Fishing Team from Ft. Lauderdale.

Another Wahoo destined for the grill.

Kids lovin' life!

These kids came to fish!

Costa Rica's country side features some of the coolest small towns in the world.  You can take a short drive from our condo and find town squares and churches like this one in Esparza.  Esparza is an hour from Los Suenos.
Catholicism remains an integral part of life to Ticos, Esparzans have worshiped in this church for centuries.

This portico rests on the town square just west of the church.

Corvina (also known as Sea Bass) looks
a lot like a snook, tastes really good too!
